E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
In case you have a cloud hosting plan with our company and you create an email address in your account, you'll be able to forward it with no more than a few mouse clicks to any other address of your choice. The option can be activated whenever you set up a new email address or any time later on and deactivated just as quickly if you change your mind. This is done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you can control your account. You will also have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the inbound e-mails will stay on our servers or not. The main advantage of this option is basically that you will always have a backup on your server if something happens with the other email address or if it's not active for reasons unknown during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. When the option is not enabled, an email will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it is usually a wise decision for it to be enabled just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you have a semi-dedicated server through our company, it will take simply a couple of mouse clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mails created on our system to a third-party e-mail address. Inside the same area you will also have the ability to observe how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and where the inbound messages are sent. It is possible to enable or deactivate a forwarding account whenever you want and throughout the process you may as well choose whether a backup of the emails has to be maintained in our system or not. Even though this option is not a requirement, it is practical as you will have a backup of the messages on our end just in case that anything occurs with the third-party mailbox. Even when they have just a momentary problem, you run the risk of losing e-mail messages as once our system gets and forwards a message, nothing at all will be kept on our end unless you chosen a backup to be stored.
